Consider the possibilities of a travel lifestyle and location independence with The Paradise Pack

June 5, 2015 by viajerafilipina Leave a Comment

I’ll be honest, I’m still pretty wiped out from Wednesday’s workshop! I’m so happy and overwhelmed by the response 🙂 Regular programming at Viajera Filipina will start back up on Monday. But since it is Travel Video Friday, I’m posting a beyond suitable replacement for my usual short video clips
The following is a link to a video that was produced to advertise this year’s sale of the Paradise Pack, a package of online products that cover a wide-range of topics that provide information for those who are serious about pursuing a life of travel and location independence (working from anywhere in the world, or least places that has internet).  The video is a whopping 6 hours long (maybe watch a bit at a time?) and is filled with nuggets of wisdom and advice from some of the most respected travel bloggers, digital nomads and location-independent entrepreneurs.

The Paradis Pack

Click here to go to the video page

The pack itself is composed of e-books, audio courses, video tutorials, and guides that tackle topics on how to fund a travel lifestyle, how to build a profitable online businesses, and how to pursue a life that you’ve always wanted to.  They’re written and produced by men and women who have decided to take on this life and have been successful with their chosen path.  The value of the produces when purchased separately is over $2000.  But if you purchase during this limited sale period (available once a year,  and only until Sunday June 7 for this year), the pack is $197.

One thing that’s abundantly clear: it’s not as easy and glamorous as it sounds to be location-independent, but if you’re serious about giving it a try, these people give you a good place to start.

Even if you don’t buy the pack, the information you get from this free video is pretty amazing. I suggest having a pen and paper or a Word document out as you watch to take down notes and ideas.   Personally, it has given me a lot of ideas (housesitting, working holidays, renting homes to provide income) and I haven’t even bought the pack yet! Now, not all of the stuff may be applicable and appropriate for everyone, but there may be something in there that turn on a switch in your head that could lead to something big.

Another thing that the Paradise Pack has given me is a curated list of amazing bloggers and entrepreneurs.  Just going through each of the 17 contributors’ websites is an adventure in itself!

Watch the video and check out The Paradise Pack from this link.  If you purchase through here, it will also give you a bonus of a Q & A live webinar with my travel blogging mentors Caz and Craig Makepeace of yTravelblog.  Their own super-informative ebook How to Create a Travel Life You Love Without Spending a Fortune (valued at $37) is part of the pack.  You can ask them any question  about travel, running a business and blogging during that webinar,  a value of $157.  They’re also donating 10% of their commission for the sales from their link to the charity Pencils of Promise.

Pencils of Promise is an organization devoted to promoting access to quality education to underserved communities around the world.  They provide programs such as school builds, scholarships, teacher support, as well as water and health programs.  It was founded by a traveler who saw the lack of educational facilities and services in many of the countries he visited as a backpacker.

I’ve purchased the Paradise Pack for myself and will be sharing with you the lessons and insights I’ll be learning in future posts.
